Policies, Disclaimer and Privacy

• Payment is due before your session is confirmed. 

• You have 6 months from the date of purchase to schedule and use your session. After the six month time frame your session will expire and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

• Refunds are not available for sessions after they have been experienced.

• I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  You must email me 24 hours in advance of your appointment time if you need to make changes.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment you are not eligible for a credit and you will forfeit your fee.

• If you miss your appointment and do not email me before your scheduled session you will not be eligible to reschedule your appointment.

• If you need to cancel your session and you do not want to reschedule you have ten days after purchase to request your refund. After the ten days grace period you are not eligible for a refund.
